[Random Tip] - On my desk I keep a 5" legal file holder with files labeled for each family member's name, school year, age and grade. When they bring home works of art or report cards, I can quickly file them into the folder. At the end of the school year, I put each of their files into their own file box. When I'm ready scrapbook the specific year, I pull the file and keep it with me at the table. - (Added by: Heather L)
