| For the title I used a brush-lettering font on the computer and cut it out of white paper with my X-acto knife (cursive--tricky!) I was going to just stick it down over the flowered background, but I realized that the background wasn't dark enough to make the white stand out. I took the negative frame (still intact!) left from cutting out the title, and used it to stencil the word in blue on the page. Then I mounted the white title on top of it, slightly offset. |
