| Doug created "Trashman and Ratboy," who appeared in simple comic strips to teach vocabulary (the kids kept calling them "Garbage Can Person and Mouse Man"). I have here a photo of Doug's Trashman and Ratboy wall at the school, and also a drawing of Trashman which Doug did right on the page for me (he needs to be colored in--I think we'll do that with colored pencil later.) At the bottom is Mr. Stickman, another of Doug's creations. He drew it on the page for me, and then I put in the blue lines around the frames. (Would you let your husband draw in your scrapbook?) |
