Notes
This was a party we had at church (Homemaking meeting) for the holiday called Tae Borum, which is the first full moon of the lunar year. The jumping see-saw thing was a blast, but is a lot harder than it looks.
Since it is a holiday of the full moon, I got DH to take a picture of the moon from a bridge over the street. We didn't know if it would turn out, but it did!
The drawing here is done from a holiday card (which I got a friend to send me for this express purpose). I scanned the image and did a graphite-rubbing-transfer onto cardstock, and went over it in pen. I do plan to color it in one of these days, when I get some colored pencils. The fuzzy mat around it is Thai unryu (wine) from the Paper Web.
The yellow background paper is German ingres from Daniel Smith.
