| I used a paper cutter to cut 3 strips of black paper for the tank. i used a wavy borderlines ruler at the top for the water. i also used the wavy borderlines ruler for the seaweed. the octopus and 2 fish are die-cuts. the stickers are Francis Meyer, Stickopotamus,and RA Lang. |
