| The party hats in this layout were made from the actual party hats! I used the Party Border Buddy Jr. which I ordered from dMarie to trace the pieces and cut them out. The letters are from a clip art sheet by design originals and the paper I matted the photos with is from a birthday assortment that I got at Walmart. |
