| I used my filmstrip punch (which I ordered from dMarie) for the first time on this layout. I punched all along the sides of white cardstock and then wove strips of pink cardstock through it to look like ribbon. When you look at the actual layout, it looks like a piece of ribbon on the page and I really like the effect, but on the scanned image it just looks flat and you can see a shadow line over the top of the title. Hopefully you can still get the idea though in case any of you want to give this fun technique a try. |
