Notes
I don't like making New Years resolutions - but I do like making goals. :) So my goal for the next 5 months (cause I'm moving from CA to Washington DC in June) is to scrap 10 pages a month. That's 50 pages! :) Totally doable! Here's the first!

This one is about Geocaching ... which some of you might know what it is, and some might not. We've gotten into it because we do a lot of off road riding, and with it being sortof like a treasure hunt game, on a big scale, my kids love it!!! I wanted to do a page about it.

The "i" in my title is a picture of the GPS system we have and use. :)

Here is the journalling:

Geocaching is an outdoor treasure-hunting game in which the participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver or other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers (called "geocaches" or "caches") anywhere in the world. A typical cache is a small waterproof container containing a logbook and "treasure," usually toys or trinkets of little value. Today, well over 480,000 geocaches are registered on various websites devoted to the sport. Geocaches are currently placed in over 100 countries around the world and on all seven continents, including Antarctica

We've been hooked on Geocaching for about a year now. Sometimes we spend an entire day hiking the mountains, or riding our OHV's around the desert finding caches. It's been a lot of fun to do this as a family.
