| Korea has been occupied by the Japanese at various times and had a lot of internal struggles. This whole museum is basically a huge display of political propaganda. We deliberately avoided taking pictures of the stylized, overly-dramatic statue in the main hall (titled something like "The Indomitable Spirit of the People" but I wish now we had gotten a shot of it. |
