| Pulguksa is Korea's most photographed Buddhist temple. I wanted to go there ever since I first saw a picture of it. The face at the bottom is one of four guardian kings. We're pretty sure this is the West king, but I wasn't positive so I didn't specify. See notes for Korea 58. |
