A Lifetime of Memories

Not even a year ago I was invited to a friends, she was having a scrapbooking party. I had no idea what she was talking about, but she informed me it was something she knew I would enjoy. Well, she certainly had that pegged!

In the last 11 months, I have relived a lifetime of memories: from my parents wedding, my and my husbands childhoods, our wedding and childrens births, to everything in between. Every photo I look at has a story behind it and brings back a memory...the tough part is deciding which pictures to "weed" out! The process of a layout on a page and the journaling that accompanies it never fails to bring a smile to my face. My family will find me sitting at the table in my bathrobe when they awaken on a weekend morning because an idea came to me in my sleep that just couldn't wait!

This newfound project of mine has brought me countless hours of pleasure, as well as too my family when they share in the excitement I have! I look forward to many more years of memories in the making...
