PAST, PRESENT, & FUTURE

I hate to admit it, but in the past, my pictures always seemed to end up in a cluttered pile and were eventually thrown into one big box and then stored in the attic! In fact, it wasn't until 3 years ago that I actually even got to look through someone's scrapbook. One look and I was hooked!

I did my first layout page 15 months ago after the birth of our son. Since then, there have been no more attic photo stash-aways! This has been a positive change in my life as it's a way to preserve memories that can be saved throughout our lifetime and passed down to each generation to come! This is important to me in not only preserving the past but enjoying the present and looking toward the future.

I love scrapbooking because it gives me the freedom to use my imagination and to express my creativity! It's definitely an enjoyable hobby and it's great knowing that so many others come to the dMarie site to get together to share ideas, tips and encouragement. Everyone's passion for scrapbooking shines through!

In the future, I plan to get involved with more areas of scrapbooking such as stamping and embossing and punch art. That's the main reason I love scrapping; because there's so much to do and there's no chance of getting
bored since the possibilities are endless!
