Why Scrapbooking is Important?

I really feel scrapbooking is very important. I have been scrapping for about 7 years, but didn’t really get into until I had my son almost just about six years ago. He was my fourth son and I couldn’t find a unique baby book for him so I decided to make my own. I also feel this it is important to leave a legacy for our family and families to come, I have always wondered about when my relatives came to this country. I wonder what it was like to live then.

So I am trying to do this in my albums so that the next generations can see what it was like living in the late 1900’s and early 2000's. Scrapbooking has also change my live in many ways, I have met many other wonderful scrappers and I get a chance to get out of the house to do this. I am more likely to journal and tell a story about things that have happened and also to tell about things that my children have done.

I also love dMarie’s, this was the first online scrapping store I have ever bought from and I had the best service from them. I feel they are very professional and caring about their customers.
I am so glad to be able to scrapbook and to know that there are so many others who love to share this hobby with me.
