Peaceful

By:Rebecca S.

I have just begun scrapbooking and it has become a joy in my life. I scrapbook during the day while the kids are in school and my husband at work and then late in the evenings when all are asleep. My old kitchen table sits in my craft room covered in papers and scissors and glue. I now can remember more of the first year of my twins' life as I am finally getting those pictures into albums.

They were very time consuming as infants and I was always tired, but now those memories are coming back through the pages I am doing. I look at the pictures and hope that my girls will enjoy looking at these when they are older. The time I spend with my scrapbooking is the most peaceful time in my day. Scrapbooking has become very important in my life because of the memories and the fun of making each page. Trying to decide the colors and toppers and each little journal entry so nothing is forgotten. I have also started a heritage scrap book that holds picture of long ago ancestors that will go with the family history books that I have finished.

I really like the dmarie.com site for its layout ideas, prices, and products. I just placed my first order and can't wait to use them in my albums! Thank you.
