| This layout was a quick one, by my standards. I cut out the pocket watch from gold metallic card stock and crimped a small piece to use for the watch stem. The face was chalked around the edges to add depth and I glued the hands on. Then I attached a short piece of gold chain to add a more realistic effect. I hand lettered the time-related words, using various font styles, onto the actual background of the layout. I'm not too happy with the way the title block worked. . . . but over-all I was happy with this layout. |
